Is it worth moving to mexico to start a business

i want a back up plan to fall back on, and as my gf is mexican, i think it would be a good idea, but what does everyone think?, i know its better to be part of another business though.--Answer1:It is nearly impossible for a non-Mexican citizen to open a business in Mexico. They have very strict immigration laws that make ours look like a cakewalk.Be prepared to pay less taxes, but more bribes. Mexico is very corrupt. Also, if I remember correctly in order to work in Mexico, you will need to pay something like $10,000 (USD) a year to the government.Good luck.--Answer2:Mexico is not a fun place to be right now. Drug war and corruption everywhere. Not safe..--Answer3:outstanding esp when you are ready to expand; and maybe youcan teach Mexicans the characteristics of biz too.--Answer4:I wouldnt say its worth moving to Mexico to start a business, especially when your currently in the greatest land of opportunity! Even in this economic downturn, I have found a business that keeps on growing. Its an Idaho business called Scentsy. Their product is a scented wax warmer that comes in 40 different styles and is warmed by a 25 watt lightbulb. The scented wax comes in 80 different scents. Check out my website at www.scentsy.com/cindyh and you can email me at smellsyummy@hotmail.com with any questions. Cindy.--Answer5:I have found a business that you can do anywhere in the world as long as you have a computer and a phone. Potential executive level income! It is in the Personal Development Industry and it is helping people change their future personally and financially! Coaching and training provided. Visit: http://www.abundancejoyandwealth.com
