I want to keep track of inventory and customers and I would also like to be able to see if Im charging the right price by figuring what I spend on equipment and ingredients. I dont have any employees just me..--Answer1:A database and a spreadsheet like the ones on Microsoft Office would be fine.Although it would take a bit of time to keep updating both systems.Im sure there will be a combined Database and Spreadsheet software for business out there somewhere..--Answer2:Quickbooks is the #1 small business software. It will keep track of inventory, inventory, customers, etc. Peachtree will also do the same. If you are going to have less than 20 customers, you can download simple start (same company as quickbooks) for free. Simple start is limited, but it may be all you need to get started. Once you begin to grow you can upgrade to another version and transfer all your info. Go to http://quickbooks.intuit.com/product/acc....--Answer3:have a cpa do that for you and instead, focus on marketing! I will guide you free for 1 week
