as i am running an internet cafe in this cafe i am selling some of computer parts and some time old and new assembled computers my in my internet cafe only five to six customer are coming in a day means through internet i am earning only my internet bill or some time electricity bill, my business is on loan amount so that i have to pay 3000 rs my loans EMI and now the days one more problem is coming for Security reason i have to put a cctv cam on my cafe and according to our area police i have to save three month recoding through this cctv cam for this i have to make new computer with high configuration, it will take my 15000 rs to 20000 rs . even i have to take internet customers ID proof and also i have to show my inquiry register in city police station two or three time in a weak . and by this act i am sure my customer will refuse to come in my cafe. i dont know what to do ?kindly tell me your views on it can i stop my business or continue with it Answer1:You should look for partners who can run this business with you or just join some other big computer firm and save your money. invest your money there. the market is not really strong so, dont take chances, when it will be stable then start your business again and right now learn some business tips from big company in which you are willing to do partnership. Saving your money should be your first priority this time. Answer2:well close the cafe and concentrate on new/old computer selling and computer hardware business and also start refilling of cartridge, toners and also start to sell new cartridge and toners. give your customers home delivery. collect empty cartridge and toners from their home/office and give them filled at their doorstep. RELATIONS ARE THE KEY OF SUCCESS OF BUSINESS. MAKE RELATIONS AND CASH THEM. Answer3:First, focus. Youre getting all wrapped up in trivia and non-essential facts.Your problem is that, right now--even without those extra restrictions--you have virtually no business. You need a way to either promote your business better and get more traffic or discontinue it. I dont know enough about what youre doing, or what your potential customers might want, to make any suggestions. Except: Drop in on some successful internet cafes. See what theyre doing. Especially, what are they doing thats different from what youre doing? Borrow their ideas and strategies.If youre successful at that, the police requirements wont hinder you. Looks like the only additional thing youll have to do vis-a-vis your customers is check their ID. If you do it the right way, they wont object. Im sure they show their ID multiple times a day in all sorts of different settings.
