I would like to start an airbrush tattoo business. My plan is to convince my father to invest in buying the equipment I will need, then he will recieve a large cut of the profit until the amount of the equipment is paid of. If i work 4-5 full days a week for a summer (8-11 weeks per summer) and I make approximitly $100 a day, I can make $3200 to $5500 over the summer. For the full airbrush tattoo kit, it will cost about $2500-$3000. In the first year of business I could completely pay back the cost of the equipment. The next summer i could keep 100% of my profit or 50% percent if I choose to have a partner. My plan is to be located in Narragansett, a major beach and tourist town. I could locate my tent near the beach, which attracts hundreds of people a day. I can get permits from the town/state to allow me to locate my business there and provide the service of giving airbrush tattoos. Do you think that this is a good business plan and do you think it would be a good deal for my father to provide the equipment? Answer1:that is a good idea.. I think you need to show your Dad a time frame of when you can pay him back. He will then feel more comfortable in thinking about your plan.. Answer2:I think youre only seeing what you need to make tattoos. You have to buy the tent, pay electricity (or generator), insurance in case you get sued, and dont you have to have some sort of license to do tattoos? theres always a risk when investing in a new business so your dads not going to jump into your idea. good luck though.http://www.weeklybloopers.com
