Where do I send an email to the buyer that I shipped the item? How do I send an email through paypal or ebay for proof? I shipped with comtirmation mail. Thanks guys.--Answer1:you dont need to do that, just keep the reciept in case the item gets lost in the mail then you can prove you posted it, now leave the buyers there feedback, you do this by going on myebay page then on selling sold subfolders then in the drop down menu on the right of the item you sold them select leave feedback.--Answer2:Go into the ebay section for the item, theres a place where you can mark it "shipped" (I dont remember where exactly, but I do know its in there) - also - you can just click on the buyers profile and send them a message - contact buyer - and give them your info for the mail such as a confirmation number. This will let you be listed as a great communicator as a seller - and reduce anxiety - and help keep your ratings up. ALWAYS communicate!
