I bought a dvd full of craft images and i asked the seller before buying it if i can resell its contents and she gave me the full right to resell it.i went through the whole dvd and i didnt find any picture that has a copy right on it also i deleted any files that is related to disney or any famous characters.my question is: Am i doing legal business or should i stop?.--Answer1:If you are selling someone elses work, or selling something where someone else owns the copyright, then it is illegal..--Answer2:Dont stop your business. You have done what you can to ensure the images can be resold. The amount of money you are likely to make off these images is not worth someone paying for a lawyer to get you to stop. If someone has a copyright on an image, then they will probably just ask you to stop selling it. If they do, stop selling that image and use the rest of the images on the DVD.
