I work in a call center my problem includes i speak in a transactional and business tone instead of a friendly, personal tone, how can I train myself to speak in a friendly way much more my tone is very sarcastic. Secondly, when talking to your customers, talk to them as if you are having a conversation with your best friend. At the Moment, it appears as if you are talking but not having a conversation. As soon as you start having a conversation with your customers, your listening skills will automatically improve as well and will help make your day pass quickly.
