What should I say? Because I have emailed her 2 times already, teh first she said she was sorry she crashed her car and will dispatch as soon in the next day or two. I said ok thats fine, please let me know when you have sent it, 4 days later nothing, I emailed her again and she said sorry shes still not got the courier car to get out and send the item.I was being nice at first but Im getting a bit pissed off now. What should I say with the next email? Can I get a refund this early? Its been 11 days. Shes had enough time..--Answer4:Id email her with firm words but be polite at the same time.say that you understand her circumstances however you feel that time is getting to long and if you dont get a positive response that you feel you need to start a dispute AND if you paid with pay pal also open a dispute with them.or if she hasnt posted yet how does she feel about refunding you your money.id also once its resolved give her Neg feedback as sellers cant leave it back for you now out of spite so thats goodx.--Answer5:Mine,after sixteen days said she had got marriedand completely forgot about my item but she wasstill selling gear after i won my item.I sent her an EMail stating that by EBay rulesi was obliged to do this before going into thedispute of goods being wone and not being sentto me.This did the trick and i soon had my item,do the same hun and see what developes.PS. i told her i would NOT leave negativefeed back if my item was forth coming soon.
