I bought some Rams from ebay for 20$, and its been two weeks now, and I got an email from ebay saying that they had remove the item I bought, and the seller is no longer registered when I check on him. Do I get my money back?.--Answer1:Put in a paypal claim, you must make a claim within 30 days!.--Answer2:On the main Ebay page, watch for the Live Chat button. Im suprised the Ebay email did not mention this. Did you check your Pay Pal account? Contact Pay Pal regarding this also. They do respond. Was the item listed as guarenteed by Pal Pal on the Ebay listing? You must of bid on and illegal or against TOS item right?.--Answer3:You probably got ripped off. They dont kick people off Ebay just for the heck of it. If you paid via Paypal, they have buyer protection plans that you may want to look at. Also, for any payment funded by a credit card, you can dispute it through your credit card company. Without some type of delivery confirm coming from the seller, you will win the dispute and get your money back. If you paid by check/MO you might just want to write it off. There isnt much you can do..--Answer4:On the item you purchased, to the right there will be a link called:Resolve a ProblemClick it, and fill out form. There typically is a waiting period (30 days) i think before they will take action. Also, if you paid by PayPal you are protected there too. Go to your PayPal account and file a claim.It is not a fast process, but you definately shouldnt lose your money. If you get your product eventually, leave the appropriate feedback. I personally am a Powerseller on eBay (dssonline2001) when you purchase from a Powerseller, you can always bid with confidence.I came across a website http://www.auctionprofitstream.com It is written by a fellow eBay Powerseller.
