I would like to start a auto loan refi company to helppeople lower their rates and help get them out of debt. Where would I start? I have my marketing planed out but nothing further. Would I have to partner with a bank? and if so do they pay me a commision for every refi that I do?.--Answer1:I dontt know how to go about it but if you do and you get up and running there is a product that others use its a tracking device that will help you know where the vehicle is in real time .it will send anaudiblee sound if the payment is late .if they do not make there payment then you can disable the starter with the click of your mouse.thatsurelyy will let them know that they have to make the payment please see this web site www.rpgpstracking.com or wwwaffordablegpstracking ask for frank.--Answer2:This depends on what exactly you wish to do. If you are planning of financing "people" yourself and you have the cash to do that youll not need a bank aside from a commercial account to run your business.Having done work in this "sub prime" industry its been my experience that most of these companies have been bought up by the banks in most recent years. There is a relatively large company in western Canada (which is a publicly traded company on both the New York and Toronto exchanges) ~ it is called: Carfinco. The main driver in this business is the cash flow to start. If you have the cash flow at hand now, you can just approach auto dealers and let them know you exist and what services your are offering the client. Youd be off to the races if the dealers will work with you. Their interest is getting the car sold and not have to bother collecting the payments if they can.The other suggestion (by another contributor here) about putting GPS devices on the cars is excellent. There are a few companies around now doing this and the system is quite smooth being run from the internet. So, if someone misses a payment on a vehicle you can literally turn the car OFF until you receive the payment. Of course this only works once the car has been turned off and is parked. All the best to you in your endeavours.
