I hired a contractor to repair a house for me. The deal was for 10 grants. so far I paid him $9200.00 and 35% of the work is not completed. I m planning to take him to small claims court. That is the first time Im doing this and I would like to know if somebody knows how much the whole court process cost for something like that.I call the municipal office, they told me it is going to cost me $100.00 to file but they dont have an idea about how much the whole process is going to cost.
