I currently work at Dave & Busters.i gave him 1 month notice to go work at jimmy buffet at the beachcomber in Hawaii. he he was basically talking about the gm who worked at another restaurant who I believe he knows but he probably never worked for. Then he started doing the math thing about they have this much money they hiring too much people and they going to lay off people etc. it sounded he thought i would end up one of the layoffs or something. there is other people leaving to work here also. whats my boss problem? cant he be happy for me?.--Answer1:perhaps he was trying to make you stay or it could also be he wanted to let you know that it is your loss of leaving the company.--Answer2:Many bosses...especially in jobs that deal with the public dont have a clue on how management works. He s bad manager. Hes trying to scare you into staying. You should leave. You shouldnt work for such a bad manager.
