Can I sue an eBay unpaid bidder

Normally I wouldnt care much of it but this buyer is live in the same city as I am and she bought an item over $1000 from me at BUY-IT-NOW price. I havent hear from her yet and wondering if I can sue her if she wont pay me? Thanks for your time..--Answer1:What do you intend to sue her for? Specific performance? This would mean that you would need to keep the item(s) available until after the suit was settled. Lost fees? Sure, go for it..--Answer2:Yes you can sue. Ebay in most states is considered a contract and since the price is over 500 it may be worth it to pursue the person in small claims. I would recommend sending them a certified letter demanding payment with 10 days first and if the ten days passes, file the lawsuit..--Answer3:You can sue anyone for anything, but is it worth your time, effort and expense? Once you sue, how will you collect? Many people sue, win, and then can not collect. It is tricky but here is a site you can look at:The Wage Garnishment http://www.judgmentrecoveryresources.com...Honestly, for ebay, I would just let it go....the grief is not worth it. The same thing has happened to me, just block that person and relist it. Just my opinion. Good luck what ever you try to do and have a Great Holiday!!!.--Answer4:Contact her and she wait the issue is then contact ebay and let then know..--Answer5:Contact her and she wait the issue is then contact ebay and let then know.
