Want can i take out of my home after a forcloser Can i take kitchen cabinits
Answer1:No you should not. They are attached just like the carpet and bathroom fixtures. They dont come out easily anyway. You need to do something constructive.
Answer2:As a Realtor, I often have to explain what is considered part of the property and what is not. In general, it is anything that is attached to the property that stays. For instance, a picture on the wall that hangs on a nail is not part of the property, but the nail that is attached through the wall is. A Fence that is bolted or mounted to the property (in the ground or onto the house) is a part of the property now.I would suggest that the cabinets that are attached to the wall or floor are a part of the property and should not be removed. Some argue that an appliance plugged into the wall is part of the property as well. I believe this can be disputed but an attorney can say for sure.

Answer4:different states have different laws, one first question to answer is. Is it nailed down into the floor, or affixed in a Perminate manner to the walls. if so, you can not remove with out damaging the property, even if you just purchased ityourself, it becomes a part of the property, again different laws for different states . some states say that even the curtain rods become a part of the property when affixed to the wall, ie (michigan law)depending again on state law check with an attorney for your state.
