Ebay Question - Unpaid
Answer1:hi there,i know its a pain but you need to contact ebay and make them aware the only thing they will do is give him a warning unless hes done it before, also you can leave him negative feedback, still possibly if ebay get in contact with the seller your fees may possibly be refunded
Answer2:If you havent e-mailed them - thats where to start. If you HAVE contacted them a second time, with no response - then:You file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eaby. If they dont respond or pay within 10 days, then you finish the report, saying they didnt pay. They will get an Unpaid Item Strike (3 or 4 from different sellers will get them kicked off ebay), and you will then get your final value fee refunded to your account. Then you re-list.Hopefully, somewhere in there, your buyer will pay, and itll be fine.Unfortunately, ebay removed the ability for sellers to leave negative feedback at all for buyers - so disregard that advice from the other answerer - it is not an option available to you.
Answer3:if you have not gotten payed then dont send the item. Report the bidder as a non payer to eBay. Thats about all you can do. Re-list item if you wish.
Answer4:Dont forget you can get the buyers contact info (request through Ebay)like phone number to contact them directly.Sometimes they respond to your request.
Answer5:Try to contact the buyer again, if you get no response file a Non-Paying Bidder claim with eBay. I would give it a few days, some bidders are slow, and it could be theres payment in the mail thats been held up by the MLK holiday.
