would it be ok if i just gave a 1 week notice i work at the movies and could you tell me how to give a 2 weeks notice(im playin baseball and wont have time for a job) thanxs
      Answer1:Give notice as quickly as possible. If you cant give a full two weeks, but know there is a particular shift that would be hard for the manager to fill on short notice, you could volunteer to cover that one.
      Answer2:Notice is a courtesy and integrity issue. Best is to explain your scheduling problem and see if your boss wants you to fill in at other times while he replaces you. Less than two weeks and you may not get a good reference later. You may not get a good reference anyway.
