Im really annoyed, I dont usually sell much Im more of a buyer, a few months ago I wasnt warned about it but I had a $40 dishonor fee from my bank account. I found out it was PayPal, I called PayPal. The person I spoke with didnt seem to speak much English, anyway, I asked why they had debit my account and told her that I didnt authorize it. She said I did because I clicked on make automatic payments for ebay fees. She said if you dont want to make them automatic contact ebay. I spoke with ebay and got a confirmation email that my fees would not be paid automatically and I will need to make payments upon invoices. The next thing I know I checked my bank account today and there is another dishonor fee. The same thing has happened, I told ebay and they said that I had chosen the option to pay automatically through paypal. I copied and pasted the confirmation email but they said sorry for the inconvenience. I said I wanted my dishonor fee paid, he said unfortunately ebay will not be paying the dishonor fee. The point is that something is going on where this automatic payments for fees is resetting itself or something. I really dk what is going on. Can anyone explain it to me or has anyone had the same problem? Neither parties want to take responsibility.
      Answer1:I quit using ebay and paypal awhile ago because of all the fees and money they took.I would suggest calling again, if they refuse to refund your money take them to small claims court, be sure to have that email confirmation.Chances are the company will settle then.
      Answer2:Quit using EBay all together.Tell them if they cant help you, you will quit using their sites and say all they are is a bunch of rip-offs and you wont recommend it to anybody.It will go on and on if you dont quit.Good Luck!
