What is the commission rate with Mary Kay

I know with AVON your first couple of campaigns would be 50% and then I do believe if you sell 150.00 you would get 35%. Im trying to find the right company ... there are like no jobs in my town and right now direct selling is the way to go . Thanks in advance
Answer1:Hello,I sold Mary kay years ago and you had to buy your product up front, So the commission rate then was at 50 %, The only problem I had was If you could not sell your product you were stuck with It, And back then you could not place an order unless you ordered 200.00 in product. I did not do well with that company, With AVON you do not have purchase your product up front you just take orders from the book that comes out every two weeks and If some one does not like the product you can return it, Amber DicksonFind your freedom at home,http://www.freedomathometeam.com/4045019...
Answer2:Hi YOU get 50% . Dont let anyone tell you that you have to buy inventory this is not correct if you are interested in the fact or have more question sit down with or talk to a consultant over the phone and get your information there are so many misconceptions. I Love everything about it. The only thing you have to buy is the starter kit it is $100 plus shipping of 8.75 and your state tax. You get over $300 in full size products plus all the training materials mirrors trays samples books etc to get you started.
