There are lots of bad people out there who will take full advantage and rip off people who want to do honest work, if youre not careful.The best way to make money at home is to use your existing skills or re-train so that you can (for example) make something like jewellery and sell on eBay, or write stories for magazines ... take in ironing, walk peoples dogs while theyre at work, water their plants and take in their post while theyre on holiday ... there are lots of things you can do. Or if you like looking after kids, register with your local council to become a childminder - then your child will have company too, you will be fulfilling a big need, and you get paid for it.
