Selling item on Ebay getting paid by Paypal

I am selling an item right now on ebay and i wanted to know if i needed to send the winner of the auction an email telling how much they owe or if ebay just sends that automatically? Do i need to tell the seller anything so they can pay me such as my email address or anything so they can pay me? How do i get my money when the buyer sends it( do i need to like claim it or anything if so how)? Lastly i only have one credit card linked to my pay pal account is this going to be a problem when recieving my funds or do i need a bank account linked to paypal? Any question you can answer is helpful. Thanks In AdvanceP.S. I only have 8 feedback and i heard paypal withholds your money until the buyer either leaves feedback or confirms they have recieved the item is this true?
Answer1:When you list your item, it should ask you for your paypal address. You give that, and when your auction goes off, the buyer will then send the amount to your paypal account. You can either leave it in your account, to send to someone else for a good, or you can link your account to your bank, and withdraw it.
Answer2:ebay send to the buyer an invoice. In that invoice , total sum of money is there. The buyer pays from his paypal account, to yours, an the money remains there, until you decide to redraw money from your paypa account.feedback is optional, and do not effect your money, or paypal account.
