Most profitable livestock on 45 acres

I have a small lot so which animal ( or small crop ) would let me the most profit? Goats, chickens, rabbits, etc. Also are there any hypoallergenic animals out there? No. I dont want to breed dogs! Thanks!
Answer1:Well 4.5 acres is going to be hard to start a livestock business on, however i can help you. A great livestock business to be in, although it will require time and effot, is exotic waterfowl. They sell constantly! year round, and the great thing is the eggs even sell for high prices (I dont ever suggest selling eggs though unless you run out of room in your incubator). It takes some start up cost because of course the birds have to be in a Flight pen, which is easily made of posts, chicken wire, and zip ties. I would suggest to even scratch profitability building a flight pen of 15 wide X 10 tall X 25-30 Long. Feed has gone down recently, so that will help. I raise Wood Ducks, Mandarins, Green Wing Teal, Snow Geese, Red Heads, Hooded Mergansers, and Flying Mallards and they all do quite well in my area (East TX). You can see pictures of all of these birds by searching them on google in images. I give them a mixture of cracked corn (in their feeder), and live freshwater lake plants (in their pool).Cage, birds, feed, pool, and materials to get started will probably be around 4 Thousand dollars. But you will make it back your first season selling. I can set you up with all of the birds you would need, just e-mail me if you have any more questions, or when you are ready to get started. Good luck, hope to hear from ya. Tyler
