Lets say im selling an item on ebay. The Buyer decided to buy it now. However i required that any buyers using the Buy it now feature make an immediate payment via Pay-pal. My question is on weather the buyer could open a dispute if the funds have already been transferred into my bank account. and weather im forced to pay the item back?
