Hi yahoo!I set up my own business about 5 years ago, single-handedly. Its been going well, but now Id like someone to do it with me. However I wouldnt be able to pay them. Seeing as Ive already set up the business alone and if I wanted a co-worker I should have seeked one before starting out, it might be hard to hire someone who will co-run the business with me, yet wont be paid until we start making a profit (in which case, it will be shared etc).So basically, I need someone to park-own my business and co-run it with me, rather than employ someone and have to give them a wage.How would I go about doing this?Thank you kindly for all your answers!

      Answer4:depending on the business, there may be a college student who would be willing to intern if the business is something they are very interested in. go to your local college careers office and ask them if they can help.
      Answer5:you might want to check with your local high schools. i know that when i was a senior in high school that i had an elective class that i took where i went to work where i didnt get paid but where i worked at different places to get the experience. also you might try the local community colleges in the business department. you might find someone there that either might want to do it for extra credit and for the experience that they would get from it and not want to get paid. also put up signs at your local grocery stores in the community note area. you could print up fliers and put them on windshields on parking lots. good luck!
