I cannot afford to hire anyone hourly. So it will be commission/per file cut. Lets just say I get $1,000.00 per file. How much should I pay my employee?

      Answer3:i have only had one job where i was able to earn commision but i also had an hourly wage. i was a carpet cleaning technition and we would sell homeowners cleaning supplies after we would steam clean their carpets. any way i got 10% for every item sold but that is too little if you arent payin hourly wage without an hourly wage they shopuld make 25 - 30 percenti do not have any sources but i know that people who work at chicks have the option of making commision but their hourly wage then is minimum
