      Answer2:Find a commercial laboratory. They will need several samples of each. They dissolve them in acid and test the solution. The should also be able to reference the applicable ASTM standard for lead content in toys or the correct classification. Lead free is a misnomer-theres bound to be a trace of lead in it, its a matter of how much and if its below the acceptable level and thats why you need it referenced to some external standard, ASTM being the most widely accepted. Make sure you get a certified test report and the lab has some sort of accreditation, NADCAP, GE, EPA, AIHA.
