Im starting an Ecommerce website in the state of Ohio. Had a few questions:1. If I dont have any other business names, do I sign up as a Trade Name or a Ficticious Name?2. Is it required to register with your local city, even though you wont be opening a Shop?Thanks much.

You go to your country clerks office to register your business and file your DBA if this is sole proprietorship.
