I won a auction for a car (local) but after viewing the car I decided I do NOT want it. The salesperson was extremely rude and the car was NOT as advertised. .Can he take me to small claims?
      Answer1:If it was falsly advertised no. Look at Ebays regulations...but you have to prove that he advertised it wrong.
