I have filed a cheque dishonor case against a auto consultant,he never appeared for the case also he has closed his shop and now someother person running the shop with different name.Now the court issued a summon to the accuse to appear (summon sent to the consultant shop address).What will happen if the accuse not appear to court ?
      Answer1:The court will put a lookout notice for the accused as they have absconded. Have a formal complaint filed to interrogate the current owner of that shop.
