My wife and I own a total of 5 cards by Chase.I saw the bill and they charged us a $10 "maintenance fee" on each card.. for a total of $50..They also raised the minimum payment to 5% from 2%....None of this was ono the agreement when I first signed up... Is this legal?
      Answer1:Yes, its legal. Call them and say you would like to cancel, or threaten to move balances elsewhere. They may change their tune. If they dont, shop for a better deal (www.bankrate.com).
