Can any one help me on starting an internet shop and limited company
Answer1:Just to say, use PayPal, and your sales will do alot better, because PayPal is recognized and protected, thats all i can say really, i have never made a website.
Answer2:Contact your local sec. of state and get information about starting a LLC, usually this is merely paying some fees and filing paperwork. But also look into if you want to incorporate the company. Compare the legal liabilities of each type of business. there are advantages and disadvantages to each type. A LLC will limit how much you personally can be held liable for if the company fails.
Answer3:Firstly there must be a reason you are thinking of going limited rather than sole trader, If your just starting out in business dont go limited untill there is a reason to, as a limited company there is a lot more paper work in addition to your annaul corporation tax, Staying as a sole trader means you will only pay tax on what you earn rather than your earning being taxed as income tax and the profit being taxed as corporation tax If you still want to be limited you need to register your company with companies house the easiest way it to use a Registrar company such as http://www.companiesmadesimple.com/index...You can see the differance between limited and sole trader at the Business Link website which is http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/bdotg/act...
Answer4:Dont listen to Dave.A limited company is not much paperwork at all.The most stupid thing you can be is... a sole trader. This because a sole trader any debts you run up and are unable to pay are personally liable by you..you can lose your house, car, etc...With a ltd company if you end up going broke, youll lose virtually nothing.Nobody in there right mind should be a sole trader unless its for something like window cleaning.
