i have to admit that my dad is old... he owns a truck business and his 3 sons are working for him and i am the fifth person in line to own his business. you see. i have five siblings. my three older bros are working for my dad and my dad doesnt trust them to own it. my big sister cant own it either cause she lives 600 miles away from us and she has 4 kids to take care of. my little sister is and A student but she cant do it either cause she cant understand my dad. and me,of course, lives with my dad. (my parents arent divorced but i know my daddy the best) im the computer genius around here. and i am only 12 years old. i have to be the boss of my brothers and they are like... 30 years older. im scared im worried. what if i messed up. my dad is teaching me how to run the business. i just dont get it. i can probably handle it. i cant turn him down be cause i have to run it or my family will be broke.im just worried that i may mess something up when hes gone. im worried and scared. do you really think that i can run it?

You should also consider the logistics of your running a business now, and bring them up with your dad. Honestly, no matter how mature you are, people are going to see you as a child, and view you as such. Try to imagine having a six-year-old giving you orders.
