Is this illegal to do through Ebay

I won a pair of shoes for $13.05 with free shipping! They are Zoo York shoes and are brand new, but I realized I liked the deal more than I actually liked the shoes. So before I even paid for the shoes, I listed the shoes in a selling auction that I created and they are now going for $64.99!!!Once the auction ends, could I just tell the buyer to ship it to the sellers adress? Is this illegal? Its like I will be making money for not doing anything at all. Though the buyer could say they never got the item.Should I do this?
Answer1:that is the essence of Drop SHIPPING. YES YOU CAN AND SHOULD!
Answer2:Your concept is solid. "Making money for not doing anything at all" just like this is really how most businesses & rich people make money! However, at the heart of your question is the issue of eBay policy. To be safe, Id take delivery and just turn around and reship the shoes.
Answer3:I wouldnt. You could get yourself into big trouble with ebay. Checked ebay, didnt see your shoes.
Answer4:It is indeed the essence of DROP SHIPPING --- IF AND ONLY IF the first seller is aware that they are doing this for youChances are the seller will not agree to do it; afterall, the item sold way more than when they sold itPlus, they cant send it to anyone other than YOU because they need to protect themselves in case you complain. They will have no leg to stand on if they sent it to your buyer, and not to you if you complain (e.g. your buyer did not receive the item or did not like the item). If they ship the item, the seller will want to have a tracking information to show the item reached YOU -- their buyer (and not your buyer)If youre going to do this, do this on YOUR OWN and do not involve the other seller.
