Make a list of all the things you would like to be sold today.Staff 1 Must sell item 1,2,3,4 by the end of the day.Staff 2 Must sell item 5,6,7,8 by the end of the day.Whover sell it all gets a treat whatever that is.Your the boss so motivate them!
      Answer2:Offer "freebies" By this get that free... Wait staff incentives... The one who sells the most xyz gets this brand new...extra pay etc. Free dessert ( be specific about what they get). Exemplary customer service.
