Employee insentive programs I need some ideas on some employee insentive programs
Answer1:I think a great insentive for a program would be a health/fitness program.........you cant go wrong and your employee live longer, feel better and are more productive, its a win-win situation.I work at an Ivy League University and there are tons of programs to choose from.
Answer2:If you spell "incentive" properly, you can google for the phrase and get a lot of useful information.
Answer3:Health and fitness program or the company that I worked for if you worked 3 months without being late, leaving early you got one day off with pay. It got all the employees to be at work everyday with out being late or leaving early. But if they left for any reason what so ever they lost and had to start all over again beginning the next month. Rest assure not everyone can do it I think we had two out of 20 that was able to do this. We also had the good idea insentive wear if a person came up with a great idea that would make a difference in any job. Save money, save time and their plan worked for at least 3 to 4 months and we continue to use their plan they would get a 50 dollar vista or mastercard or they could take a 50 dollar savings bond.
Answer4:You can give them gift cards to loal restaurants, movie tickets,themed gift baskets.Paid days off, wear jeans to work the possibilities are almost endless!!!
Answer5:Bonuses, everyone wants more money. If you want to do a points program make sure you include everything from promptness to productivity. If everyone feels they have a chance to earn the reward, you should see improvement across the board. Personally, I would make the points based on monthly or yearly improvement according to personal increase percentage, and reward according to increase , in increments.
