Im hoping to create an online shop that sells glass pipes, water pipes, lighters, cigarette cases, etc. I have the following questions: 1. Which licenses will I be needing? Im pretty sure that I wont be needing a tobacco retail license, seeing as how I wont actually be selling tobacco, only tobacco accessories. Perhaps a business license of some sort?2. Are there any states or countries (I am not sure if I will be selling globally) that prohibit such products being shipped in their area?3. How can anyone be sure if the customer is 18 years or older when all that is required is a credit card and address? Would a disclaimer be enough to avoid any legal action against me?4. And last, just because the majority of the products on my site require a customer to be 18 years or older, does that mean they cannot purchase, say, a key chain from the site?I have lost myself in research and would just like some clear answers. Any information would be extremely helpful. Thank you.
