When I told the owner of the store that I dont have a car, he drove me (and my computer & printer) to my house in his car. Third; If I have a problem, it will be taken care of by someone who cares, rather than by some high school kid working for min. wage. Bottom line, even though I may have been able to find the equipment elsewhere for less, it is worth the extra few bucks to walk out feeling like the store and I were both winners in this deal.
