I live in North Western United States and I want to start a small business. I think I would need only about 20 grand to start up. Does anyone know of Government Grants, government business loans, or bank loans that are fairly easy to get for first time business owners? I talked to my local credit union but they told me i dont make enough money to qualify for a business loan.
