please help me out! im so bad with small talk, and although i hate it, i want to be a good employee!
      Answer1:Well......talk about whats going on right now. News and stuff. Like the weather. How cold or rainy it is. (I know its dull) Or about food and drinks in the cafe. Like what you think they should order?
      Answer2:ask them wut they loooove 2 do on friday nights ;]
      Answer3:just find something small to compliment them with, people like to talk about themselves.
      Answer4:hey girl to start just say hello and how is your day going and you go from there
      Answer5:Everone has a story including you and they all love talking about it so start out listening and show interess and they will do the rest
      Answer6:Ask the customer questions:How is your day going?Anything fun planned for the weekend?Whats the weather like outside, Ive been stuck in here all day?Whats your favorite drink?bla bla - ask questions and let them do the talking
      Answer7:Scan the newspaper, or computerAsk questions, People love to talk about themselves, Questions that cant be answered with one wordFind a topic for the day you can ask everyone who comes in: Where were you born?etc
