I really want to start making 1950s inspired t-shirts like little firemen and kids, I dont know really where to start. I could start by buying t-shirts in bulk but if I design the pictures I need to get them printed my main concern is if they look too much like something that has been copyright and I get into trouble. How do I avoid this from happening to me?I thought I would sell at the markets.Has anyone got any ideas about this?
      Answer1:I personally believe that businesses should provide a useful service to the people in that particular businesss community -- not so someone can make a quick buck.If you can make the best t-shirts ever, then go for it. Hire a great designer or artist, assuming youre not one, and commission them for shirt images.Theres the answer to that one.

      Answer4:Hey miss well it depends where you want to start that ,i can tell you that in the whole europe they buy the material from asia and if you are from asia then delhi is the right choice in india where you can buy the t shirts in bulks on cheap prices because now a days every one best stuff on cheap prices so you have to concentrate on two things one is quality and price and for printing you can make a design and give tenders to different people and first see there printing quality i can give you some detail about the printing people because they dont have the web sites ,thenquestion is marketing for that you have to keep an employ who can present your stuff to the whole sallers then you can think bigger in feature

If you feel comfortable making your own designs, I think that would be better. You can certainly look at other designs for inspiration, but as long as you put your own little twist on it, you shouldnt have anything to worry about. Usually at the printers, if you have a bulk amount of items to print, they will charge you alot less.I think you should also think about selling online. www.mrsite.com is a great place where you can buy a program that will help you set up your website, domain name etc. I have used their software for my website and it works great and easy to use.Make sure you come up with a sassy name that matches your image of your business and something that your target market can remember and relate too. Make sure you register it too, so no one else can use it.Go on all the free online directories and register your business for free advertising, community notice boards, shop front, any where people will see it.Sorry for all this, but I just wanted to pass on some tips that I found have helped me on my small business journey.
