Hi there i make handmade greeting cards.I would like to start selling them but dont have a clue were to start.Can anyone help me please?
      Answer1:go to a yuppie place or a coffee shop and ask to sell your cards there.
      Answer2:Etsy - you can sell handmade stuff on there. http://www.etsy.comHow about a stall at a craft market or flea market type place? Dont know what kind of area you live in, but could be a possibility.
      Answer3:are u looking to sell them online ?ok.there are lots of places online.Just google "sell yout crafts online "you can let a third party sell them for you.They would handle everything including setting up a store or web page for you.You just upload photos of your merchandise with their descriptions and set your price.They will accept payments from your customers on your behalf and then send you a check every fortnight or so.You would be responsible for all the shipping arrangements.In return for their services they would take a small cut of your sales money.different sites have different commission rates so shop around if you decide to go this route.Or.....you can do it all yourself.....build a simple website..register a domain name and hire a third party credit card processor to handle credit card payments on your behalf.The hard part would be in getting traffic to your site.You would have to learn all about internet marketing,page rankings and site optimization etc.the advantage in opening up a store with someone else is that you get traffic already flowing to the site.For example if you opened up a store on ebay,there are thousands of people who visit that site every day.....the challenge would be in standing out from the rest of the other stores.You should check out ebay tough........I came across a really useful forum a few years ago.You should check it out.The people there are really friendly and helpful.You can ask them anything you want.Here is the address:http://friendsinbusiness.com also check out this really good business forum:http://www.smallbusinessbrief.com/forum/Hope this helps a bit and best of luck to ya !!Wish you success :-)
