My employers company has got no work but has not made any redundancies, just laid everyone off. We have all been laid off for more than four weeks without pay so i written a letter to him asking for redundancy, the thing is i would like to know what is the procedure now that has to be followed?
      Answer1:You could try human resouces or office of fair trading.If you quit or file for redundancy it doesnt matter if you go on centrelink payments to tide you over they will still make you wait for payments.I hope that was helpful.
