I work at a development project; the project manager was my professor at the bachelor and masters degrees too.Ive been working 5 months ago and she used to be very nice to me.But starting from the last week she turned to be sooO mean and very dry, Ive never talked about someone nor did anything wrong so I can not get it; why does she treat me like this? And whats the solution?I need real help because I’m thinking about resigning
      Answer1:first, do not resign if you like this job!i think there is misunderstanding between you and your bachelor.talk to her openly is the only and best way to solve problems, even there is arguement! but everybody will be happy after u come out of misunderstanding!talk to her after lunch or , during work time when she is not busy! you could cooperate very well after you talk each other openly!good luck!
      Answer2:I understand your problem, I had it myself several years ago. The hardest part is checking your pride and ego - this is not a market where you want to be cavalier with your career.I would confront the situation head on - ask what the problem is, because youre not comfortable. It will be harsh, but if you are friends in any way the situation should be resolved after a short passionate argument. Do not be meek and accept this attitude, nor should you resign. That makes you a victim, and once youre a victim, you are always a victim.Good luck.
