I am a new employee at a small travel agency i hold an associates in Travel Tourism, so I know basically

whats going on, can help out here and there. The other 2 in the office have been working together for over a decade. They are not pushy, just sort of letting me settle in & get used to the place, learn the way they do things throughout the day.Today is my 3rd day and Im feeling very restless. Is there any advice out therer, far as what I might be self-training on, reviewing, anything to show I am anxious to begin contributing to the office? I answer calls, take msgs, chk emails, file small things, but thats it. and im here for 6 hrs!! lol feeling the smarts leaking outta my butt as i watch them work.
      Answer1:You have only been there for 3 days give yourself sometime to settle in and get to know the other 2. They may have a hard time adjusting especially since they have worked together for over a decade. Be patient and go with the flow. Take opportunity in using your Intelligence a the right time and slip it in there. Timing is on your side.
