You start your own buisness. You see you just find parents with little kids in your neighborhood and tell them about it and then put flyers up around your block. It should draw some attention. I hope you find people that will need a babysitter!

Put up fliers at places mommy types congregate and hopefully one will refer you to her friends/neighbors, creating a cascade effect which ends with you turning down work due to being fully scheduled.
