I have a family that I have recently acquired to babysit for but I cannot stand it. The two kids are like 8 and 10 and are brats- they have the worst language, beat up each other, refuse to listen, etc. Also the parents do no pay me enough- I have asked for 10/hr because I am train in CPR and First Aid and I go to college but they do not pay me the correct amount ever and when I brought this up they just kinda made fun of it. My problem is that the family is not far from my house and they are sort of a family friend. How do I tell them that I cant babysit for them anymore?

      Answer3:You can just say that you have other plans or that you cant make it.

      Answer7:Politely tell the family to discipline the children and to talk to them. Tell them you can no longer tolerate the childrens behaviour, and youre going to have to quit if it doesnt change.

      Answer10:$10 an hour is quite a bit of money to be asking for, but if you really feel you cant babysit for them anymore, just say"i can only do this one more tie, if i dont get the right amount of money and your children continue not to listen i cant babysit for you anymore." or sugest a different person you think would be better for the job.

      Answer12:dont say no say HELL NO!!!! that works for mebut you have to yell it real loud at some people. really, you cant just let these people run over you. and then make it a rule. tell people when they ask, I do not baby sit and I do not help people to move, that last one is just a tip for you. remember dont EVER baby sit ever again. or you will be sucked into a terrible positionor you can go this route, tell them you have a serious contagious virus
