How do I file a complaint against a shopkeeper who owns an independant shop?Since, It would be useless to complain to him himself, who do I complain too. this is in the UK btw. The man was rude towards me. is there anything I can do
      Answer1:Just because they were rude doesnt really mean anything. The owner of a store can really be rude to anyone they want to. They dont have to serve you- they make the rules of their shop.
      Answer2:Just quit going to his store and encourage others to do likewise. Thats both the best complaint and the best suggestion hell get from anyone.
