Does anyone have any advice on what to use for Invoices

We are a small business and need a good program for easy imputing of Prices, Hrs & Client Names. We were using Word but now we switched to Excel. If you have any tips to use on excel or have any other program in mind please respond. Thank You.
      Answer1:Excel has some good templates you can download for invoices. Just go to the "search" section and type "invoice" and search for one.But, if you want something more comprehelsive, Quicken is a very good software package for invoices and accuounts receivable.
      Answer2:Microsoft Access is good for that. It is a database program. You can input all your clients and create invoices and things of that nature.
      Answer3:Im a small business owner, too and made the mistake of purchasing a couple of expensive programs thinking theyd be better than Excel. Guess what Im using? LOL Yes, Excel. I did like many aspects of Quickbooks, though!
