Once the job was done they relaxed on a beach earning 20%.Or maybe the cleaning service just did more business and so profit increased?Or they cut costs elsewhere? ie. sacked another employee or instead of using 20s to light his cigars, the CEO used 10s.

The company gave the employees a raise, which made the employees happier and feel appreciated, which caused them to put forth more effort in their job and speak well about their job, which attracts more clients, which generates more money, which causes the bosses to give the employees a raise, etc. Round and round and round we go.....
